M.S. EXERCISE SCIENCE, CSCS, USAPL, PMA-CPT
Pilates Teacher & Teacher Educator
Strength & Conditioning Specialist
Exercise Science Lecturer

Enja Schenck created pilatesscience.org after completing her M.S. degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Biomechanics. The platform combined her two passions: Classical Pilates and scientific research.

With a growing client business in New York City, expanded specializations (Pilates, Strength & Conditioning and Postural Restoration Institute (PRI)), as well as academic faculty and workshop teaching responsibilities, Enja's capacity to maintain pilatesscience.org has been greatly reduced. She is happy to see it grow and expand in the skillful hands of Robyn Rix for the Pilates Alliance of Australasia.
